At House of Canis, we offer slow-dehydrated treats, chews & wellness boosters for dogs & cats that are natural, biologically-appropriate and made using clean & premium quality meat & ingredients to support your pet's wellbeing

We dispatch orders anywhere between 3 - 10 business days depending on the products and quantity. While we understand it could be a long processing time but since our goodies are made in small batches, we require some time to process orders

But we promise we're worth the wait!

Our goodies are made in small batches so you know your treat bags are are fresh as they come, and since they're dehydrated, they last as long as you want in room temp (although we highly doubt your dogs will let you)

You can store them in a cool and dry place in the same bags they come in or in an airtight container. Make sure to always reseal the package once opened. You can store them in the freezer for optimal freshness

If you're using a long-lasting chew for multiple chew sessions, always wash, dry and store in freezer to avoid mold/spoilage

They remain shelf stable at room temperature for months because of the natural drying process they go through to remove moisture
