Shipping policy

Order will be confirmed once payment is made.

Orders will be dispatched within 7 – 14 BUSINESS days (business days exclude weekends and holidays) for Dehydrated Treats, Chews & Supplements and 3 - 5 business days for Fresh Meals, Chews & Supplements. If it's a huge/bulk order, please note that dispatch will take longer than standard shipping. For all orders received, the next business day will be considered as the first day of processing duration.

Delivery may get delayed due to bad weather, transport delays and other unforeseen
circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for the same.

Enter complete and accurate information and address. We will not be held responsible if there is any mishap due to the inaccurate/ insufficient information.

We currently only ship pan India. We do not ship internationally. We currently only use India Post (Speed Post) to ship all orders. If you have a request for specific private shipping/courier partners (for eg.: Bluedart, DTDC, etc.), you can send us an email with said request but please note that the customer will have to bear the additional charges.

'SHOP FOR A CAUSE' HoC x WalKai Naturals Shipping Terms:

1. All WalKai Naturals products listed on the HoC website will be directly shipped by WalKai Naturals. In effect, if the order is a combination of HoC and WalKai Naturals products, the customer will receive two separate shipments - one directly from HoC and one from WalKai Naturals

2. Shipping duration for WalKai Naturals products is 7-14 business days (excluding  weekends and holidays). Bulk orders and orders placed during festival seasons might take longer

3. Currently only ships pan India via India Post (Speed Post)

PRODUCTS & ORDERS:

a) All products are handmade and natural. Please expect variations in terms of size and colour
b) Customizations are possible on certain products and on minimum quantities. Additional charges will apply for the same.

d) To reduce the use of packaging material, we pack multiple quantities of the same product together. If you need the products packed separately, please specify while placing your order otherwise it will be packed together by default.
