Refund Policy

REFUND & RETURNS:

In the case of a failed transaction, any amount deducted will be refunded to payment
source as per payment gateway terms.

 

Products once sold cannot be returned & payment once made cannot be refunded.
If your order is missing an item or you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us at support@houseofcanis.in and we will reship the item\items.

 

For any queries related to your orders placed on the website, write to us at

Kindly note that the following products will not be eligible for return/replacement:
1. Damage due to misuse of product
2. Used product

 
CANCELLATIONS:

In case you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@houseofcanis.in within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations after this window will not be processed. PLEASE NOTE: Processing fee (10% of order value) will be deducted for cancellation refunds.
